This page explains what the Reelstate dashboard keeps about you and why. Reelstate is a trading name of Rooted Social Ltd.

What we keep

Your name, email, phone number and company, as you gave them when you applied for a free reel or when a colleague added you. The reel cuts we make for you, any renders or references you send us, the comments and messages you write here, and whether you approved a reel.

When you accept an order form or contract in the dashboard we record the name you typed, your email, the time, and the IP address and device you accepted from. That is what makes the acceptance stand as your signature.

We also log how the dashboard is used: when a link was opened, how much of a video was watched, and what device it was on. This tells our team whether a reel has been seen and helps us make the dashboard better.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside Rooted Social Ltd and the services that run this dashboard. We do not use advertising trackers.

Where it lives

Your data is stored by Supabase in London (database and file attachments) and by Cloudinary (videos and images). The dashboard runs on Vercel in London. Bookings made through the calendar go to our scheduling provider, GoHighLevel.

Your private link

Your link signs you straight in, so treat it like a password. Anyone with it can see your project. If you think it has been shared too widely, ask us and we will issue a new one; the old one stops working immediately.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your project for as long as we work together and for a reasonable time afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us at any time to see what we hold or to delete it, and we will.
